*** Samsung Galaxy FE "Fan Edition" models are not eSIM compatible.

*** iPhones models from China, Hong Kong & Macao are not eSIM compatible.

*** In addition to your phone being eSIM compatible, your phone also needs to be unlocked. If your phone/tablet has been issued to you from your employer, please check with them for compatibility as some work devices have additional security applications installed.

Additionally you can check if your device if eSIM compatible by the following methods.

iPhones

1. Go to Settings > Mobile.
2. If "add eSIM" or "add mobile plan" is available, your iPhone supports eSIMs.

Samsung

1. Go to Settings > Connections
2. Tap SIM Card Manager.
3. If "Add Mobile Plan" is available, your Samsung supports eSIMs.

Google Pixel

1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet
2. Tap eSIM Cards
3. If Connect to a Mobile Network has the option to "Download a SIM instead?" , your device is supports eSIMs.
