Thank you for purchasing a Prepaid Travel SIM Card. We’re so excited that you chose our SIMs to be apart of your travels. Before you embark on your adventures, there are some handy things you should know.

1. Before You Depart

Ensure your device is unlocked from your Aussie Carrier. Check that you have provided the correct SIM activation date/s.

Important! Please only insert the SIM in Europe/UK.

2. Activating Your SIM

Your Europe & UK Data SIM will automatically activate upon first use in Europe & UK. When you arrive in Europe & UK, insert the SIM card in to your device and switch on roaming. Your phone will then search for a local network carrier and connect to it.

iOS - Settings - Mobile - Mobile Data Options - Toggle Data Roaming to On

Android - Connections - Mobile networks - Toggle Data Roaming to On

Pixel - Settings - Network and Internet - Mobile network - Toggle Roaming to On

3. Checking Balances

The easiest way to monitor data usage is via your phone's network settings. There should be a data tracker which lets you know how much roaming data has been used since inserting the SIM.

5. FAQs

Q. I have run out of data. Can I top up/add more data?

A. Unfortunately data top ups are not possible. We recommend buying multiple SIMs and staggering use.

Q. How do I make/receive calls and send texts?

A. We recommend using VoIP apps such as Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook Chat, Wechat, Skype etc to receive calls and texts from Australia.

The Europe & UK Data SIM is data only and does not come with a phone number. Voice SIMs can only be sold to local residents in Europe & UK residents upon registration with a passport.
